Our priority is getting your order to you as quickly and safely a possible.
For "Next Day" delivery, orders must be placed before 12PM and excludes delivery on weekends, Bank Holidays and to certain postcode areas.
We offer free standard delivery to UK mainland addresses, on orders over £25.00

Smaller low value orders are despatched using Royal Mail, they collect from us Monday to Friday evening. This does however exclude Bank Holidays.
These deliveries do not require a signature. In the event that a package doesn't arrive please notify our customer services department on 01792 224400 . We won't consider it lost for 28 days. At our discretion we would normally send a replacement after 14 days.
UK Standard Mainland Parcel Post - £5.50 - Some products will exceed the weight limit for this shipping method. In this case, shipping costs will be increased.
Larger higher value items are dispatched using our courier service DPD
They collect from us Monday to Friday evening. This does however exclude Bank Holidays.

RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase from M&P however there may be certain instances products may need to be returned.
We now offer free returns for and item of clothing with a value of £100 or more.
If you are returning an item of clothing with a value of £100 or above, please contact our customers services on 01792 224400, calls may be recorded for training purposes, or via email using [email protected], to obtain a returns authorisation number before sending the Product(s) back;
Please make sure to include your order number found on your confirmation email or invoice, along with the reason for returning the item.
Please note that the free returns option only applies to single items of clothing of £100 or more in value that were purchased on the original order.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging. This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made in store, online or over the phone. All you will be responsible for is the cost of the return postage. We will issue an exchange or refund to you via your original payment method.
Separately to the 21 day policy above, and in accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online or over the phone, unwanted items can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection as long as you let us know within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery.
Once you have told us you want to return an item, you should do so without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the order. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them or install them. The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging.

TRANSIT
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days on their return they can be replaced or a refund issued via your original payment method.
FAULTY ON ARRIVAL
If your items are faulty on arrival, you should inform us as soon as reasonably possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible with a copy of original documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
ITEMS FAULTY IN WARRANTY PERIOD
If any of your purchases develop a fault within its warranty period it will need to be returned. Once the fault has been verified, a repair or exchange of goods will be issued.
