About Our Rider Rewards Points
Earn a point for every pound you spend when you create an M&P account
So how does it work?
For every £1 spent online, you will collect 1 RR point. These RR points can then be used to save money on your next purchase.
When you add something to your basket, you'll see a message stating how many RR points you will receive once the purchase is fulfilled.
On your next order, you'll see your points balance in the basket and you can redeem them against that order or just keep them towards a future order. The choice is yours.
How do I join Rider Rewards?
It's really simple, to qualify for RR points you must have registered for an M&P Online Limited account. To do this, visit our registration page and create your account. It's free, with no obligation to buy anything.
Why do I need to register?
Well apart from the additional discounts that we give registered users from time to time, purchases made using our guest checkout will NOT add RR points to your account, so you'll missing out there too.
Please ensure you are signed in to earn your RR points for every purchase as we cannot retrospectively add RR points to purchases you made whilst not signed in.
Can I check my points balance?
Yes you can. Simply go to your dedicated Rider Rewards page to view your balance and transaction history. Alternatively, once logged into your account, choose profile from the dropdown in the top right corner. Once loaded, your total points will be displayed with a button to take you to the dedicated page.
General:
These terms ('Terms') set out the terms and conditions which apply to the loyalty programme operated by M&P Online Limited (a company registered in England and Wales with company number: 16663037 and with our trading address at Phoenix Way, Garngoch Industrial Estate, Gorseinon, Swansea, SA4 9HN . Your participation in Rider Rewards means that you accept, and agree to abide by, these Terms (as such may subsist from time to time).
References to 'you', 'your' means you as a member of Rider Rewards. References to 'we', 'us', or 'our' are references to M&P Online Limited and references to 'RR' mean Rider Rewards.
Conditions:
- RR points will not retrospectively be allocated to any previous orders prior to the Loyalty programme going live.
- RR Points cannot be exchanged for cash and the allocated amount of points excludes delivery costs where applicable.
- RR Points are only awarded and redeemable online at www.mandp.co.uk
- RR points can only be redeemed by the account they were originally allocated to.
- RR Points are not awarded or redeemable for purchases made in any of our stores, via telesales, other websites or applications operated by M&P Direct or their partners.
- You will receive 1 (one) RR point for every full pound (£) you spend. For example, if you spend 99p, you will not receive any points, if you spend £1.50, you will only receive 1 RR point but if you spend £2, you will receive 2 RR points.
- Any orders that are subject to a refund, will also have the RR points balance adjusted at our discretion.
We may cancel, withdraw or alter this programme and associated RR points at any time, including these Conditions and any M&P Online Limited points account, without notice.
These Terms supplement our terms and conditions and privacy policy.
