This special accessory plug lead for use with AccuMates and OptiMates
with white TM connectors allows connection to standard car cigarette
lighter sockets and also to small 12V accessory sockets fitted to some
BMW, Ducati, Honda & Triumph motorcycles by removing the detachable red
sleeve. It also fits the matching TM78 accessory plug socket.
It allows easy connection of a pre-2015 AccuMate or pre-2012 OptiMate to
a car's cigarette lighter socket or a motorcycle's accessory socket. 
It is of particular use for any vehicles where use of the standard fused
permanent lead is not practical for any reason.┬á Note ÔÇô before
ordering, please check that your cigarette lighter or power socket is
live when the ignition is OFF.  The accessory plug lead is wired for
NEGATIVE EARTH vehicles ÔÇô if you have a positive earth vehicle, it is
necessary to rewire the plug accordingly ÔÇô this is a simple job as
screw terminals are used.
The TM72 can also be used to power TM Optimate Accessories like USB
chargers etc.
NB - If your OptiMate or accessory has the black SAE compatible
connector, you need O-2 (SAE72)
