ESG161 is a high quality stator that replaces the OEM stator in the Stator Honda CB500F. ElectroSport manufactures the ESG161 stator using the highest grade copper windings and a modern stator core.
We optimized the winding configuration to offer better output across the RPM range while at the same time running much cooler than the OEM stator.
We install high grade lead wires that have super chafe resistant insulation and is very heat tolerant.
We add high quality pulser coils, rubber seals, the best insulation coatings and connectors to make this part superior to the OEM unit.
