Risers are placed under your handlebar clip-ons and will raise your handlebar 1 inch upward. Raising the handlebar only 1 inch will allow a more upright riding position, with your elbows closer to your body and will make your bike a lot more comfortable and less change of fatigue.
Kit is complete and comes with complete hardware. Install is very easy and can be complete in a matter of minutes.
